We process and pack all products fresh, right after harvest, and our fully automated plant ensures that the produce has minimal human direct contact. All our frozen products are processed using the continuous processing lines and individually quick frozen (IQF) technology, ensuring that each piece of the produce is individually frozen and never sticks together.
All our frozen foods are quick frozen at -40 degrees, as compared to -20 degrees frozen foods you usually buy at local stores. The vegetables are blanched before freezing at 85-90 degrees in a continuous belt blancher. This ensures fresher products, which retain their natural color and nutrients. Our quick freezing technology ensures a long shelf life of up to 18 months.
