market, Frozen Diced Potatoes. Only the best quality potatoes are chosen, and evenly diced into 1 inch cubes, and are blast frozen using IQF technology, which ensures that each piece of potato is individually frozen, and never sticks together.

Frozen Diced Potatoes can be used in regular cooking, just like fresh potatoes. You can add them to curries, dry vegetables, boil them and use them mashed for Pav Bhaji, Samosas, etc.
